All orders are shipped within 5-14 days via UPS or USPS. Shipping is based on weight and size of package. Additional charges may apply for international orders.

You will be provided a tracking number upon the time of shipping to the email you provide at check out. Please check your spam or add us to your email. Keep in mind Yahoo and Gmail sometimes will not allow email to be sent to you inbox.

If an item is out of stock we will either refund you or contact you.

We have a strict 10 day return policy on store returns and shipped returns. Our items sell quickly. we do not guarantee an exchange will be available. Call us if you would like to check on that item when returning.

Please do not send back jewelry or hats.

All sale items are final.

All returns must be in perfect condition, with out signs of wear, smells and tags in place.

We will credit you for returns that are in our time period. 

RETURNS ARE PROCESSED IN 3-5 BUSINESS DAYS. WE WILL SEND A COUPON VOUCHER TO USE ON LINE TO THE EMAIL ADDRESS YOU HAVE PROVIDED OR GIVE IN-STORE CREDIT. WE "DO NOT" REFUND!

You are responsible for shipping an item back to us at your cost and pay shipping to resend.

We do a Store Credit Only. Due to high demand we can not guarantee items for exchange. We recommend you ship items 2-3 day USPS Priority Mail to:

If we have made an error in your order we will refund you to return the item. We try to keep our prices fair and can not absorb extra shipping charges. We do not refund shipping. We appreciate your business and do our best to work with you on returns.
